  1. Classic Matcha Latte

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
    Instructions: Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth. Heat milk and froth it. Pour over matcha and sweeten to taste.

  1. Ginger Lemon Herbal Tea

  • 1 cup water

  • 1-inch fresh ginger slice

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 tsp honey
    Instructions: Boil ginger in water for 5–10 minutes. Strain into a cup, add lemon juice and honey.

  • 1 black tea bag or 1 tsp loose black tea

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • 1 clove

  • 1 cup milk
    Instructions: Boil spices in water for 5 minutes. Add tea and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in milk and sweeten.

  • 2 tsp dried hibiscus petals

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 tsp sugar or honey

  • Ice cubes
    Instructions: Steep hibiscus petals in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain, sweeten, let cool, and serve over ice.

  1. Mint Green Tea Refresher

  • 1 green tea bag

  • 4–5 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 cup hot water
    Instructions: Steep tea and mint leaves for 3–4 minutes. Strain, add honey, and enjoy hot or over ice.
